Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a role focused on governance of the performance management system for BCA. The incumbent will review existing policies, frameworks, and practices to sustain a capable, performance-oriented workforce, engage stakeholders for feedback, and co-develop improvements.

The position requires strong strategic and analytical abilities, excellent communication, and the capacity to lead annual appraisal processes while delivering guidance to HR Partners, managers, and staff.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in HR, performance management or policy development advantageous.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis and reporting experience.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and govern the performance management system and policies.
• Identify gaps and propose improvements aligned with best practices and guidelines.
• Design tools, templates, and resources to support performance conversations and appraisals.
• Facilitate annual performance appraisal and ranking exercises.
• Monitor effectiveness using data to drive continuous improvement and reporting to senior management.
• Provide guidance to HR Business Partners, managers, and employees on performance management matters.
