Job summary

SAESL is seeking an HR Transformation and Talent Development professional to drive SAP SuccessFactors PMGM governance and performance management processes. You will partner with stakeholders to strengthen career development practices and enable strategic workforce initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a degree in HRM/BA and 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, including performance management, talent initiatives and HR system administration.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in Talent Management or Performance Development.
• Experience in administering performance management processes and talent initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Performance Management process and governance for PMGM.
• Drive effective system governance, user adoption and performance management activities.
• Develop Career Planning frameworks and initiatives in collaboration with HR stakeholders.
• Provide advisory support to managers on performance and career matters.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement in HR processes.
