Job summary

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) in Singapore is seeking a dedicated HR professional to review and govern its performance management system. You will lead comprehensive assessments and drive improvements to sustain a capable, performance-oriented workforce.

In this role you will engage stakeholders to identify gaps, design practical tools and templates, and support effective performance conversations and annual appraisals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HR, performance management or HR policy development.
• Strategic thinking and planning abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis and reporting experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meticulous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of performance management policies, frameworks, and practices.
• Identify gaps and areas for improvement in line with best practices and organisational needs.
• Design and implement tools, templates, and resources for effective performance conversations and appraisals.
• Facilitate annual performance appraisal and ranking exercise.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management initiatives using data and feedback.
• Provide guidance and advisory support to HR Business Partners, managers, and employees.
