Job summary

Responsibilities

Review and govern the performance management policies, frameworks, and practices.
Identify gaps and improvements in line with best practices and Public Service guidelines.
Design tools, templates, and resources to support performance conversations and appraisals.
Facilitate annual performance appraisal and ranking exercises.
Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of initiatives using data to drive improvements and inform senior management.
