Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Admin on a 6-month contract in Singapore. The role handles end-to-end performance management, data administration, onboarding and offboarding, and supports recruitment and employer branding initiatives.

You will maintain employee records, prepare HR reports, and collaborate with teams to drive staff engagement. Proficiency in Excel and HR systems like SuccessFactors is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Familiar with Pivot Tables and data validation.
• HR systems experience such as SuccessFactors advantageous.
• Meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end performance management and appraisal administration
• Coordinate performance moderation logistics, HR data and system administration
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records
• Support recruitment, interview scheduling and employer branding activities
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation and offboarding processes
• Support staff engagement and recruitment events
• Maintain employee P-files and provide general HR operational support
