Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Woodlands/Admiralty is hiring an HR Admin professional for a 1 year contract. You will provide Learning and Development administration support, payroll data, and recruitment assistance.

This role requires a Diploma/ Degree in HR or related field, at least 1 year of experience, and proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity with local employment laws and HRIS tools like iCIMS or SharePoint is a plus.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma/Degree in HR or Business Administration or related field
• Experience working in manufacturing environment is an advantage
• Min 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiar with local employment legislation/law

Responsibilities

• Provide Learning and Development administration support including training records and grants
• Assist recruitment: post jobs, screen resumes, schedule and conduct interviews
• Manage onboarding: offers, employee files, SharePoint prep, intranet announcements, orientations
• Handle new hire pre-employment documents and medical coordination
• Administer payroll inputs and verify payroll details with vendors
• Maintain HRIS systems (leave, time, claims, time clocking) and personnel files
• Manage benefits administration and vendor relationships; process invoices
