HVNS PRODUCTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee day-to-day HR operations in Singapore.

The role focuses on compliance with government laws and MOM guidelines, employee records, onboarding, payroll support, and maintaining accurate HR documentation. You will coordinate recruitment, support management with policies and workplace issues, communicate HR updates, handle grievances confidentially, conduct HR audits, and contribute to initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure organisation's HR practices, policies and procedures are compliant with Government law and MOM practices.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations: employee records, onboarding, confirmation, resignation, leave, attendance, and payroll-related matters.
• Provide HR support and guidance to management on employee matters, policies, performance and workplace issues.
• Prepare and maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation in a timely manner.
• Coordinate recruitment activities: candidate screening, interview arrangements, employment documentation and onboarding.
• Act as communication link between employees and the organisation, ensuring HR policies and announcements are communicated effectively.
• Provide counselling and support to employees, handling grievances, complaints and workplace concerns confidentially.
• Assist with HR audits, statutory requirements and other compliance matters, supporting management in policy initiatives.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.
