You will also handle work pass administration, payroll support, and general office tasks, contributing to a smooth HR workflow and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Talent acquisition & onboarding: manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including employment documentation and orientation.
• HR operations & records: maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information and records in the HR Management System. Prepare employment-related correspondence such as appointment and confirmation letters.
• Work pass administration: coordinate employee work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Payroll & benefits support: support the preparation and verification of monthly payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing. Administer employee insurance, medical benefits, and related claims.
• General administration: support daily administrative operations and office coordination, including maintaining proper filing systems and assisting with general office matters.
