Job summary

ArcadeXR, based in Singapore, is seeking a hands-on People & Operations Manager to own daily people operations, recruitment and office logistics for our growing team across Singapore, Australia and Vietnam.

You will handle contracts, work passes, onboarding, offboarding, records and benefits, while partnering with the CEO and regional teams to keep processes accurate and compliant. This role emphasizes practical execution and ownership to keep the Singapore office running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Solid People Operations / HR experience in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment administration and MOM requirements.
• Experience with employment contracts, work passes, onboarding, offboarding and employee records.
• Genuine hands-on recruitment experience, including candidate sourcing and screening.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good judgment and discretion with confidential or sensitive matters.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.
• Approachable and able to build trust while maintaining professional boundaries.
• A practical mindset: when something needs doing, you find a way to get it done.

Responsibilities

• Manage employment contracts, letters and employee documentation.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding and attendance administration.
• Handle probation, performance and compensation cycles.
• Administer HR policies and employee handbook; ensure MOM compliance.
• Manage work pass applications and renewals; ensure Singapore employment administration.
• Recruitment: define role requirements, post ads, source candidates, screen, interview, coordinate processes, close candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding for successful candidates.
• Oversee office vendors, cleaning, supplies, and culture activities.
• Coordinate benefits administration and payroll-related coordination with Finance.
• Collaborate with CEO and regional teams on complex employee matters.
