Circulate Capital LLC seeks a Global People and Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day HR and infrastructure functions from our Singapore HQ. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, policy compliance, and employee engagement across jurisdictions while coordinating internal communications and team portals.

You will oversee IT risk policies, vendor contracts, and office operations, ensuring efficient processes aligned with our values and growth. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of direct HR experience in small to medium organisations or nonprofits; financial services familiarity is a plus.
• Experience in international operations with multiple jurisdictions and regulatory environments.

• Ability to leverage technology and tools for productivity, efficiency and connection.
• Clear written and spoken English for diverse stakeholders including executives, applicants, and media.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day People and Infrastructure operations and administration.
• Manage HR policies, lifecycle activities, and compliance with labor laws across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate culture-building and employee engagement programs with leadership.
• Handle HR reporting, data systems (Zoho People) and vendor contracts/ renewals.
• Serve as office lead at the Singapore HQ and liaison with third-party IT providers.
