Job summary

Arcfra Inc. is seeking an HR Operations generalist and HR Business Partner to support our Singapore and Pan-ASEAN teams.

You will own end-to-end HR operations, onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and HR documentation, while also acting as the trusted partner to managers and employees. The role includes day-to-day office administration, onboarding program design, and collaboration with hiring managers to ensure a smooth employee experience as the company scales across markets.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, HR Business Partnering, or a related generalist HR role.
• Hands-on experience with employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, and compliance.
• Experience as HRBP or trusted advisor to managers on people matters.
• Comfortable with office administration and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, changes, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Administer benefits, leave, and company HR policies; coordinate payroll inputs with Finance.
• Support employment pass applications and renewals with external providers as needed.
• Advise managers on performance, team structure, and HR questions; support performance and compensation reviews.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Manage day-to-day office administration and vendor relationships.
• Oversee onboarding experience and ramp-up for new hires; assist with recruitment when needed.
