Job summary

SINGAPORE TELECOMMUNICATIONS LIMITED is offering an internship in People Operations to gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. You will learn to work with HR systems such as SuccessFactors and handle employee records, documents, and data dashboards.

You will collaborate across departments to improve processes and support HR initiatives, strengthening communication and organizational skills in a real‑world environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in HR/Business/Management or related field.
• Interest in HR operations and system work.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Create employee profiles in SuccessFactors and ensure smooth onboarding to offboarding.
• Assist with applications, renewals, cancellations, and replacements for employee work passes.
• Help draft and issue HR documents (Letters of Appointment, Addendums, Promotion Letters, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to automate HR workflows.
• Contribute to HR operations reports and dashboards for data‑driven decisions.
