Job summary

Ideal for a full-time intern (3–6 months) who can manage multiple tasks, adapt to ambiguity, and work well in a team. This position offers exposure to regional HR processes and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Proactive learner with strong planning and time management.
• Team player with a can-do attitude and adaptability to ambiguity.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly documents to share with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
• System ticket management: address benefits and claims inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Maintain HR chatbot with updated documents for employees to access current HR information.
• Assist in compiling and analysing data related to HR service requests across local and regional teams, suggesting improvements to streamline processes.
• Collaborate to streamline HR operations and enhance service efficiency.
