Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Create employee profiles in SuccessFactors and help ensure new joiners have a seamless start with the company.
• Support onboarding to offboarding tasks while ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
• Draft and issue HR documents such as Letters of Appointment, Addendums, Promotions, Internal Moves, and Renewals.
• Assist with applications, renewals, cancellations, and replacements for employee work passes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and automate HR workflows.
