Job summary

Singlife is seeking an HR Operations specialist to administer employee life cycle activities, respond to benefits queries, and maintain HRIS data with high accuracy. The role includes benefits and leave administration, work pass processing, and internal mobility support within the People Operations team in Singapore.

You will handle HRIS tickets, generate reports, and help ensure timely, compliant HR processes across the employee journey.

Qualifications

• Preferably at least 3 years of relevant experience in Employee Life Cycle, HR Operations, Shared Services or HR administration.
• Hands-on experience in employee administration, query handling and maintaining employee records.
• Experience in HRIS administration or user support, including assisting with system issues, updates or testing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for data maintenance and basic reporting.
• Working knowledge of employee benefits, leave administration and Singapore work pass processes would be an advantage.
• Experience within financial services or insurance would be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate employee data and documentation.
• Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to balance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee life cycle activities for new hires, transfers and leavers, ensuring timely completion within SLAs.
• Respond to employee queries on benefits and policies, escalating complex matters as needed.
• Update and maintain employee data in the HRIS with accuracy.
• Prepare employment-related letters, promotions and salary records for review.
• Monitor HRIS tickets and mailboxes, track queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Generate HRIS reports and perform basic data checks for discrepancies.
• Maintain process documentation and contribute ideas to improve experience and efficiency.
• Support day-to-day HRIS operations, including user queries and system issue escalation.
