Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR Operations experience with hands-on ELC work.
• Experience in onboarding, promotions, work passes, and offboarding.
• Familiarity with MOM regulatory requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions accurately and within established timelines.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems.
• Handle employee and manager enquiries relating to HR operational matters.
• Manage high-volume HR transactions with quality and policy compliance.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues with follow-up and closure.
• Administer employee benefits and coordinate with vendors.
• Support leave administration and inquiries regarding benefits and leave matters.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Liaise with MOM and other government agencies as required.
• Identify process gaps and assist governance and process improvements.
