Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage employee life cycle events, maintain accurate records, and execute requests within agreed timelines. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists, Hiring managers, HR Relationship Managers, and other HR teams to ensure seamless transactional services and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with relevant experience in managing employee life cycle events relating to pre, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Good interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Adobe Acrobat Standard.
• Possess a risk mindset in keeping information confidential.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee life cycle events relating to pre, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer employee records and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Execute processes and requests accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Work closely with other HR partners including Talent Acquisition Specialists, Hiring managers, HR Relationship Managers, HR specialist teams, and employees to support and ensure alignment of HR transactional services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement continuous improvements to HCM process and system.
• Participate in adhoc projects where opportunity arises.
