Job summary

NX GLOBAL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated People & Culture Executive to manage HR and administrative functions in Singapore. The role covers recruitment, employee lifecycle, policy implementation and HR initiatives across departments.

You will support onboarding/offboarding, manage employee records, assist in payroll inputs, and help with HR projects while ensuring compliance with MOM regulations and confidentiality across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and related matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases; support payroll inputs and reporting.
• Coordinate interviews, postings, internships, and recruitment activities.
