Job summary

Acclime Singapore is seeking an Executive, People & Culture to support full-spectrum HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth day-to-day processes and strong regulatory compliance, accuracy of data, and a positive employee experience.

Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture, you will collaborate with local stakeholders and the broader People & Culture team to standardise HR processes, manage onboarding and offboarding, payroll support, compliance with Singapore labour

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience or fresh graduates with strong interest in HR operations.
• Basic understanding of Singapore payroll practices and local regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day People & Culture operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate employee data and HR records in compliance with local regulations.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, payroll-related tasks, and HRIS reporting.
• Assist in recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives where needed.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
