Job summary

Caliber8 Recruitment client seeks a hands-on HR professional to lead People & Culture operations in a fast-paced, international environment in Singapore. The role covers the full employee lifecycle and requires strong experience in HR operations within a multinational setting.

You will oversee day-to-day HR operations, advise managers on policies and employment matters, manage MOM compliance and work passes, and drive employee engagement with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on HR operations experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law and MOM regulations.
• Experience handling employee relations, HR compliance, and full lifecycle HR activities.
• Ability to prioritise, manage ambiguity and take initiative in a fast-paced setting.

Job Scope

• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations and employment matters.
• Manage Singapore employment compliance, including MOM requirements, documentation and audit readiness.

• Plan and deliver employee engagement initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong HR operations experience within a multinational environment.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, MOM regulations and work pass processes.
• Experience handling employee relations, HR compliance and the full employee lifecycle with minimal supervision.
• Sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities and work through ambiguity.
• Ability to take initiatives and think out of the box
• Experience in a project-based or operationally complex environment would be an advantage.
