Job summary

WWF-Singapore is seeking a People & Culture Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing, onboarding and offboarding, and employee records management. You will work with HRIS and ensure compliance with MOM regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of HR administration or generalist HR experience.
• Experience with payroll coordination and HR administration preferred.
• Experience in work pass administration and MOM regulations.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and digital document management systems.
• Experience coordinating employee engagement activities and internal communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Payroll administration & finance reporting; support end-to-end payroll processing via vendor.
• Recruitment & talent acquisition; manage postings, screening, interviews, onboarding support.
• Work pass administration; ensure compliance with government regulations for foreign talent.
• Onboarding & offboarding; manage lifecycle and related documentation.
• Employee lifecycle documentation; contracts, letters, transfers, separations.
• Internal communications & newsletters; publish engagement updates.
• HRIS & employee records management; maintain accurate records.
• HR administration & employee engagement; support broader HR activities.
