Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an HR Generalist to manage payroll for ~100 employees and handle end-to-end recruitment. You will support performance reviews and day-to-day HR administration, and prepare essential HR documents including offers and contracts.

The role involves liaising with line managers on recruitment and performance matters, handling compensation/benefits, and processing government leave claims.

Qualifications

• Min degree in Human Resource or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with payroll and HR administration.
• Experience managing payroll and HR processes independently will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll for approximately 100 employees using the Infotech payroll system.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection activities.
• Support performance management and employee performance review processes.
• Manage day-to-day HR administration and employee documentation.
• Prepare HR documents including: Job offer letters, Employment letters, Internship contracts, Short-term contracts, Warning letters, Certification letters.
• Liaise with line managers on recruitment requirements and employee performance matters.
• Manage compensation and benefits matters.
• Process and administer government-related leave claims, including: Childcare Leave, Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave, Shared Parental Leave, NS Make-Up Pay claims.
