Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an HR professional to manage payroll for about 100 staff, ensure timely recruitment, payroll management, performance reviews, and HR administration across the workforce in Singapore.

The role involves preparing HR documents such as job offers, employment letters, intern contracts, short-term contracts, warning letters, and certifications, and coordinating with line managers on recruitment needs and performance feedback.

Responsibilities

• Handle Payroll for about 100 headcount (System Infotech)
• Handle recruitment and selection, payroll management, performance management, and HR administration
• Prepare HR related documents such as job offer letters, employment letters, intern contracts, short term contracts, warning letters, and certification letters
• Liaise with line managers on recruitment needs and employee performance reviews
• Handle compensation and benefits matters including government leave claims (childcare, maternity, paternity, shared parental, NS makeup claims)
