Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Payroll Supervisor (Outsourcing) based at Orchard. The role oversees the payroll delivery for multiple clients and ensures accuracy of computations, statutory contributions, and reports while staying updated on Singapore regulations.

The position offers a monthly salary of S$5,200–S$6,500 plus an average 2–3 months performance bonus, 14 days annual leave, and comprehensive medical and dental benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, HR, Business or a related discipline with at least 5 years of hands-on Singapore payroll experience.
• Prior team-supervision, payroll-review or coaching experience is required.
• Payroll outsourcing experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CPF, SDL, IRAS, MOM and local payroll regulations.
• Experienced in managing multiple client accounts and complex payroll matters.
• Timesoft payroll software experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory changes and improve payroll processes and controls.
• Coach team members and maintain high service and compliance standards.

Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.45pm
