Job summary

WANCO MANPOWER PTE LTD is recruiting for a payroll specialist to manage end-to-end Singapore payroll processes, including regular and off-cycle payroll, with responsibilities spanning time & attendance, CPF/IR21 compliance and payroll reconciliations.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on payroll experience, preferably in an MNC or semiconductor environment, and familiarity with SAP Payroll or Workday. This is a 12-month contract with renewal potential and regular office hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on payroll experience, ideally end-to-end.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore payroll, CPF and IR21 requirements.
• Experience in payroll reconciliation, time & attendance and employee lifecycle processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Singapore payroll processing, including regular and off-cycle payroll.
• Manage time & attendance, overtime, leave and payroll validation.
• Perform payroll reconciliation and prepare reports for Finance & Treasury.
• Ensure timely CPF, IR21 and other statutory payroll submissions.
• Handle employee exits, including final pay, leave encashment, overtime and severance payments.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries in collaboration with HR and Finance.
• Support SAP Payroll / Workday, including UAT, system enhancements and payroll projects.
• Drive payroll process improvements and support ad hoc HR/payroll projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Singapore payroll processing, including regular and off-cycle payroll.

• Perform payroll reconciliation and prepare reports for Finance & Treasury.

• MNC / semiconductor / high-volume payroll experience is preferred.
