Job summary

WANCO MANPOWER PTE LTD represents a world‑leading semiconductor client in Singapore seeking a Payroll Specialist for a 12‑month contract in Woodlands. You will manage end‑to‑end Singapore payroll and related processes on regular and off‑cycle runs.

Responsibilities cover time & attendance, CPF/IR21 submissions, payroll reconciliation and reporting for Finance. Familiarity with SAP Payroll or Workday, and strong stakeholder management are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on payroll experience, preferably end-to-end payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll, CPF and IR21 requirements.
• Experience in payroll reconciliation, time & attendance and employee lifecycle processing.
• Familiarity with SAP Payroll and/or Workday is highly preferred.
• Experience in UAT, payroll system implementation or process improvement is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and stakeholder management.
• MNC / semiconductor / high-volume payroll experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Singapore payroll processing, including regular and off-cycle payroll.
• Manage time & attendance, overtime, leave and payroll validation.
• Perform payroll reconciliation and prepare reports for Finance & Treasury.
• Ensure timely CPF, IR21 and other statutory payroll submissions.
• Handle employee exits, including final pay, leave encashment, overtime and severance payments.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries in collaboration with HR and Finance.
• Support SAP Payroll / Workday, including UAT, system enhancements and payroll projects.
• Drive payroll process improvements and support ad hoc HR/payroll projects.
