VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (VSMC) is seeking a Payroll Specialist / Senior Specialist in Singapore to own the end-to-end payroll process, ensure accurate salary payments, and maintain data integrity. The role collaborates closely with HR and Finance to drive efficiency and maintain statutory compliance, including CPF submissions and NS claims.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of payroll, C&B, HR operations, or related experience.
• Hands-on Singapore payroll processing experience and knowledge of local legislation.
• Experience in semiconductor/manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel; SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS/payroll systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll computation, salary payments, and bank file submissions.
• Ensure payroll data is accurate and up to date, including salaries, deductions, benefits, bank details, attendance, and other inputs.
• Act as a key contact for payroll matters, investigating and resolving payroll queries and discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore payroll legislation and statutory requirements, including CPF submissions, NS claims, and government-paid leave claims.
• Prepare payroll reports and support audits with strong data accuracy, confidentiality, and controls.
• Partner with HR and Finance to ensure seamless payroll operations and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve payroll processes.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary updates to payroll processes and practices.
• Support payroll-related projects and other HR activities as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
