Job summary

Asia Advance Human Resource in Singapore is seeking a Payroll Assistant or Payroll Executive (HR) to manage payroll operations and related HR duties in a manufacturing setting.

The role handles payroll for about 400 staff, uses Infotech payroll software, and requires good interpersonal and communication skills.

Work is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, near Woodlands, with a pickup service from Kranji MRT at 7:50am.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with Infotech payroll.
• Able to handle payroll for about 400 headcount.
• Willing to work at Woodlands area and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle payroll for ~400 headcount (±) and ensure accuracy.
• Assist HR duties when necessary.
• Support HRIS system migration activities.
