Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a 4-month HR/Payroll assistant to support payroll for about 100 employees using System Infotech. You will assist recruitment, performance management, and HR administration to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements include a Diploma/Degree in HR and 1–2 years of payroll experience; familiarity with System Infotech is a plus. This contract runs Oct 2026 to Jan 2027, with salary up to SGD 4,500.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle payroll for about 100 headcount (System Infotech)
• Handle recruitment and selection, payroll management, performance management, and HR administration
• Prepare HR documents such as job offer letters, employment letters, intern contracts, short term contracts, warning letters, and certification letters
• Liaise with line managers on recruitment needs and employee performance reviews
• Handle compensation and benefits including government leave claims (childcare, maternity, paternity, shared parental, NS makeup claims)
