Boilermaster Pte Ltd is seeking a Payroll Executive/Senior Payroll Executive in Tuas, Singapore. You will manage end-to-end monthly payroll for 300+ employees across multiple entities, ensuring CPF, IRAS compliance and accurate payroll records.
You will support Finance with payroll reporting and analysis, and collaborate with HR and operations to uphold payroll accuracy and deadlines.
This is a Payroll Executive / Senior Payroll Executive position within the Human Resources department, based in Tuas, Singapore. You will handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing for 300+ employees across multiple Singapore entities, managing all payroll components including basic salary, overtime, allowances, incentives, deductions, and salary adjustments. You will ensure statutory compliance with Singapore employment legislation, CPF contributions, and IRAS requirements, while maintaining accurate payroll records and supporting the finance and management teams with payroll reporting and analysis.
Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing for 300+ employees across multiple Singapore entities
Process basic salary, overtime, allowances, incentives, deductions, unpaid leave, salary adjustments and other payroll components
Review daily/monthly attendance records, including clocking discrepancies, overtime and leave records
Verify employee timesheets and project/cost codes before payroll processing
Process new hires, resignations, salary adjustments and final salary computations
Prepare and submit monthly CPF contributions accurately and within statutory deadlines
Prepare annual employee income information and support IR8A/AIS submission to IRAS
Ensure payroll practices comply with applicable Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements
Maintain proper payroll documentation for audit and compliance purposes
Prepare monthly payroll summaries and payroll journal information for Finance
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or a related discipline
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on Singapore payroll experience, preferably handling a sizeable workforce
Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll, CPF, IRAS and Employment Act requirements
Experience processing overtime-intensive payroll would be an advantage
Experience with Info-Tech HRMS/payroll system is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including payroll reconciliation and data checking
Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
Able to work independently and meet strict monthly payroll deadlines
High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling salary information
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations and employees
