Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an HR Generalist to support payroll activities for overseas plants across Asia and to manage day-to-day HR functions. The role includes payroll data verification for up to 3,000 employees and coordination with overseas teams to correct discrepancies.

You will assist in HR/payroll system implementations, regional projects, and process standardisation, working with stakeholders and colleagues across borders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR generalist functions, including supporting payroll-related activities for overseas plants across Asia.
• Perform first-level verification and checks of high-volume payroll data for employee populations of up to 3,000 headcount, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with overseas HR teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and follow up on required corrections.
• Support the implementation, enhancement and adoption of HR/payroll systems across regional operations.
• Participate in regional HR projects and process improvement initiatives, including system implementation and process standardisation.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and overseas colleagues to understand local HR and payroll processes and requirements.
• Travel to Asian countries when required to support system implementation, knowledge transfer and on-site learning.
