Job summary

Thomson Medical in Singapore is seeking a dynamic team-player to provide temporary payroll support during two monthly payroll cycles. You will assist with end-to-end processing, inputs, verifications and post-implementation checks to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in HRM/BA/Accountancy, at least two years of payroll experience, and proficiency in Excel. Immediate availability is preferred; experience with HRMS/payroll platforms such as

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR/BA/Accountancy or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Familiarity with payroll laws and statutory requirements in Singapore.
• Experience with HRMS/payroll platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end processing of two payroll cycles per month, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare, validate and process payroll inputs such as new hires, resignations, leave and deductions.
• Perform payroll verification, reconciliation and post‑payroll validation.
• Assist with statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS) and payroll-related enquiries.
• Prepare payroll reports and journals for Finance and respond to queries promptly.
• Support HRMS/payroll system migration, testing and data validation.
• Maintain payroll records in compliance with laws and internal policies.
