Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a payroll support professional to provide temporary assistance to the payroll team during two monthly payroll cycles. You will help ensure accurate salary payments and support system migrations from HRMS and payroll implementations.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in HR/Business/Accounts and at least 2 years of end-to-end payroll experience, with the ability to handle multiple cycles within tight timelines and respond to employee payroll queries promptly.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accountancy or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end processing of two payroll cycles each month, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments.
• Prepare, validate and process payroll inputs: new hires, resignations, leave, overtime, allowances, deductions, salary adjustments.
• Payroll verification, reconciliation and pre-payroll validation for accuracy.
• Assist in statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS, and other regulatory requirements).
• Respond to employees' payroll-related enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare payroll reports, payroll journals and reconciliation reports for Finance.
• Support payroll testing, data validation and issue resolution arising from HRMS/payroll system migration.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
• Perform other payroll and HR administrative duties as assigned.
