Job summary

Thomson Medical Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic team-player to provide temporary support to the Payroll team during payroll operations, system stabilization, and post-implementation activities following the HRMS and payroll system migration.

The role covers end-to-end processing for two payroll cycles each month, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments, data validation, and compliance with Singapore payroll legislation including CPF and IRAS requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Administration, Accountancy or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore payroll legislation (CPF, IRAS, Employment Act).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Able to maintain confidentiality and meet payroll deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end processing of two payroll cycles per month with accurate salary payments.
• Prepare, validate and process payroll inputs (new hires, resignations, leave, overtime, allowances, deductions).
• Perform payroll verification, reconciliation and pre-payroll validation.
• Assist in statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS and others).
• Respond to payroll inquiries and prepare payroll reports for Finance.
