Job summary

Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd is seeking an HR/payroll specialist in Singapore to handle end-to-end monthly payroll, data verification, and system integrations. You will manage onboarding/offboarding, keep employee records, and produce key HR/payroll reports while supporting system improvements.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in HR or related field, advanced Excel skills, and meticulous data handling. You will work in a fast-paced environment with cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• Proficient in advanced Excel including pivot tables and formulas.
• Meticulous and capable of handling confidential payroll data accurately.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for discrepancies and integration issues.
• Self-organized, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good business acumen and professionalism across HR operations; regional experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end monthly payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
• Calculate and verify headcount, attendance, and sales commission data for payroll integration.
• Audit and maintain employee records across HR systems for data integrity.
• Drive system integrations linking leave and attendance with payroll platform to automate data flow.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding including work passes and insurance enrollments.
• Administer lifecycle documents such as certification, incentive letters, and annual renewals.
• Generate HR and payroll reports including headcount, MOM surveys, and market benchmarks.
• Assist in HR/payroll system implementations and design improved automated workflows.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for upgrades and draft SOPs and manuals.
