Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a payroll professional responsible for the end-to-end processing of two payroll cycles monthly in Singapore. The role requires accurate salary processing, validation, and timely submissions to ensure payroll deadlines are met.

You will handle statutory submissions, respond to employee payroll inquiries, and prepare payroll reports and journals. System testing and data validation support during migrations may also be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accountancy or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Immediate availability / short notice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end processing of two payroll cycles each month, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing.
• Perform payroll validation, reconciliation and checking before payroll submission.
• Assist with statutory payroll submissions
• Handle and respond to employees' payroll-related enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Prepare payroll reports, payroll journals and reconciliation reports
• Support HRMS/payroll system testing, data validation and issue resolution following system migration or implementation.
• Provide additional payroll and HR administrative support as required.
