Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is hiring for a payroll professional to manage end-to-end salary processing across two cycles monthly. You will validate payroll, reconcile data, and submit statutory reports while addressing employee inquiries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• At least 2 years end-to-end payroll experience.
• Immediate availability or short notice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end processing of two payroll cycles each month, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing.
• Perform payroll validation, reconciliation and checking before payroll submission.
• Assist with statutory payroll submissions.
• Handle and respond to employees’ payroll-related enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Prepare payroll reports, payroll journals and reconciliation reports.
• Support HRMS/payroll system testing, data validation and issue resolution following system migration or implementation.
• Provide additional payroll and HR administrative support as required.
