A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a payroll specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing for a large organization. This role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in payroll and claims processing, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP systems. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential. The position offers a hybrid work environment and is a 2-year renewable contract with potential for growth.
- 2 years contract (renewable)
- $3,000-$4000
- Mon – Fri: 8.30am - 6pm (Hybrid)
- AMK (Shuttle Service provided from Yio Chu Kang MRT)
You will be required to work in a team to process payroll for multiple cycles (main & off-cycle). At the same time, you will also facilitate to ensure that data interfaced from HR Information System to the Payroll System are accurate to ensure accurate and timely salary pay-outs. Where required, you will be required to provide feedback and highlight improvements to the systems to enhance operational effectiveness.
