Job summary

SBS Transit Limited is seeking a payroll officer on a 1-year contract with potential for permanent conversion. The role covers end-to-end payroll, maintenance of HR records, and handling government leave processes. You should be adept with statutory regulations and meticulous in data handling.

Candidates with SAP payroll experience and IHRP certification are preferred. The position requires independent work and is based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 2 years of payroll experience
• Conversant with statutory payroll regulations
• Meticulous and systematic
• Able to work independently
• SAP payroll system experience is a plus
• IHRP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll and handle payroll-related matters
• Maintain and ensure HR files, employee records and systems are updated
• Process Government Paid Maternity Leave / Paternity Leave / Shared Parental Leave / Childcare Leave
• Process NS claims
• Answer queries relating to payroll matters
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
