Job summary

You will ensure accuracy, regulatory adherence, and timely payments for all employees, including expatriates, while coordinating with external vendors.

The role requires 5–8 years of payroll experience, strong Excel and SAP SuccessFactors knowledge, and the ability to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5–8 years of payroll management experience.
• Experience in fast-paced banking, financial services, or multinational firms handling expatriate payroll.
• Strong Excel skills with complex formulas.
• Knowledge of payroll compliance and statutory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for a multinational environment in Singapore.
• Ensure compliance with payroll policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with external tax vendors for expatriate tax matters.
• Prepare general ledger, headcount, and payroll-related reporting.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen controls in payroll operations.
• Liaise with stakeholders and payroll providers to ensure high-quality service.
