Job summary

Rotating Offshore Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a responsible HR Officer/Executive to manage full payroll for Singapore and Chennai, support recruitment, onboarding, work pass administration and maintain HR records.

You will work closely with employees and management and gain broad exposure across HR. Requirements include a Diploma or Degree in HR, at least 2 years of HR experience with hands-on payroll, knowledge of Singapore payroll and statutory rules, and strong organizational and

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience with hands-on payroll experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore payroll processes and statutory requirements.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full end-to-end payroll process for Singapore and Chennai.
• Prepare payroll reports and perform payroll reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore payroll and statutory requirements.
• Manage employee onboarding and personnel records in HRMS.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and interview arrangements.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals and related matters.
