You will liaise with line managers for recruitment needs and performance reviews, and handle compensation and benefits including government leave claims.

Responsibilities

• Handle payroll for about 100 headcount (System Infotech).
• Handle recruitment and selection, payroll management, performance management, and HR administration.
• Prepare HR related documents such as job offer letters, employment letters, intern contracts, short term contracts, warning letters, and certification letters.
• Liaise with line managers on recruitment needs and employee performance reviews.
• Handle compensation and benefits matters including government leave claims (childcare, maternity, paternity, shared parental, NS makeup claims).
