Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an HR generalist in Singapore to manage payroll for about 100 staff, support recruitment, performance reviews, and HR administration. You will prepare job offers, employment letters, intern contracts, and various HR letters, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

You will liaise with line managers on recruitment needs and employee performance, handling compensation and benefits matters including government leave claims.

Responsibilities

• Handle Payroll about 100 headcount (System Infotech)
• Handle recruitment and selection, payroll management, performance management, and HR administration
• Prepare HR related documents such as job offer letters, employment letters, intern contracts, short term contracts, warning letters, and certification letters
• Liaise with line managers on recruitment needs and employee performance reviews
• Handle compensation and benefits matters including government leave claims (childcare, maternity, paternity, shared parental, NS makeup claims)
