Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a capable HR professional to deliver services across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, with a strong focus on policy consistency and positive experience.

You will coordinate payroll, benefits and employment administration, support compensation activities, maintain confidential data and provide HR reporting and compliance support. This is a 1-year contract based in Tanjong Pagar, with office hours Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Min Degree in Human Resources/Business or similar w min 3 yrs of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR services across the employee lifecycle, ensuring policy consistency and a positive employee experience.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits and employment administration processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and effective service delivery.
• Support compensation and benefits activities, including salary reviews, benchmarking, budgeting, forecasting and related reporting.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee, payroll and remuneration data, and provide HR reporting, analytics and statutory submissions.
• Apply appropriate controls across HR services, payroll and employee data processes, and support audit and compliance requirements.
• Act as a key point of contact for employees, managers, service providers and external stakeholders on HR services.
• Contribute to HR process improvement, harmonisation, digitalisation and other HR initiatives.
