Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD seeks an HR Generalist to support payroll for about 100 staff and oversee recruitment, payroll management, performance reviews, and HR administration from its Lorong Chuan location in Singapore.

You will prepare HR documents such as job offers, employment letters, intern contracts, short-term contracts, warning letters, and certification letters, and liaise with line managers on recruitment needs and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Handle Payroll about 100 headcount (System Infotech)
• Handle recruitment and selection, payroll management, performance management, and HR administration
• Prepare HR related documents such as job offer letters, employment letters, intern contracts, short term contracts, warning letters, and certification letters
• Liaise with line managers on recruitment needs and employee performance reviews
• Handle compensation and benefits matters including government leave claims (childcare, maternity, paternity, shared parental, NS makeup claims)
