Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking an experienced payroll specialist to manage the full spectrum of payroll functions. The candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining records, and handling staff inquiries. A diploma in Admin/HRM and at least 2 years of relevant experience are required. The role demands strong time management, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to work independently. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to various HR functions and projects.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years relevant experience, handling large headcounts.
  • Independent, hands-on individual.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full spectrum of payroll function.
  • Process payroll via Info Tech Payroll system.
  • Prepare and maintain employee payroll records.
  • Handle and assist staff queries on benefit and payroll matters.
  • To undertake other HR functions, ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

Skills

Familiar with Employment, CPF/Foreign workers Levy Acts
Strong time management skills
Proficient in MS Excel

  • Process payroll via Info Tech Payroll system
  • Prepare and maintain employee payroll records
  • Preparation and submission of Form IR21, IR8A, IR8S, Appendix 8A and Appendix 8B
  • Filing of all government paid leave and claims
  • Handle and assist staff queries on benefit and payroll matters
  • To undertake other HR functions, ad hoc projects and other duties as and when assigned
Job Requirement:
