Job Description

Hiring an experienced QA Lead with strong Payments domain expertise and hands‑on ISO 20022 migration experience. Responsible for end‑to‑end test leadership for high‑value and cross‑border payment systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution for ISO 20022 migration programs.
• Responsible for managing test environments and test data.
• Prepare test plans.
• Validate ISO 20022 message formats (pacs/pain/camt), schema mapping, and transformation.
• Oversee functional, integration, regression, and end‑to‑end testing for payment systems.
• Manage and mentor QA teams (manual & automation).
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams for requirement analysis and defect triage.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial standards.

Required Skills

• Minimum 7+ years in IT experience.
• Good leadership skills to manage workflow for the team.
• Strong Payments domain expertise: RTGS, ACH, SWIFT, SEPA, etc.
• Deep ISO 20022 experience—MX messages, XSD validation, mapping from MT to MX.
• Experience with API & XML testing tools (Postman, SOAPUI, XSD validators).
• Proficiency with test management tools (JIRA/ALM/Zephyr).
• Good understanding of automation frameworks (Selenium, RestAssured, Karate).
