Job summary

ENVIRODYNAMICS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a patient support professional to join our West-location clinic, offering a 5.5 days work week and office hours.

The role focuses on delivering empathetic patient service, handling registrations, payments, and keeping the clinic prepared for patients. You will assist medical and allied health staff during consultations and coordinate timely first-visit and follow-up appointments, ensuring confidentiality and a safe, efficient clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Support:

• Manage patient feedback constructively and elevate complex cases to the appropriate supervisor when required.

• Process payments and billing with precision, ensuring timely completion within the same day.
• Maintain readiness of all clinic facilities, including waiting areas and self-service stations.
• Ensure smooth operations and prepared to receive the first patient ahead of scheduled appointment times.

Clinical Support:
