The role supports patients and clinicians to ensure smooth clinic operations, accurate registrations, and timely payments while maintaining confidentiality and empathy.

You will coordinate appointments, handle inquiries, and help maintain a welcoming, safe care environment in a 5.5-day work week with on-site responsibilities.

Working hours: 5.5 days work week, office hours only

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Support:

• Respond promptly to patient and caregiver enquiries, demonstrating empathy and service professionalism.
• Adhere to operational standards and protocols to ensure a safe and consistent care environment.
• Manage patient feedback constructively and elevate complex cases to the appropriate supervisor when required.
• Carry out patient registration and verification accurately, safeguarding confidentiality at all times.
• Process payments and billing with precision, ensuring timely completion within the same day.
• Maintain readiness of all clinic facilities, including waiting areas and self-service stations.
• Ensure smooth operations and prepared to receive the first patient ahead of scheduled appointment times.

Clinical Support:

• Assist medical and allied health professionals during consultations to enable smooth clinic flow.
• Coordinate and schedule first-visit and follow-up appointments based on clinical needs.
