Job summary

Parkway Shenton is seeking a Patient Service Officer to welcome patients, handle walk-in admissions, register appointments, and process billing, payments and basic claims at our Singapore clinics.

You will provide support to doctors with chaperone duties and procedural explanations, maintain accurate patient records and drug inventory, assist in medical report submissions, and help keep the clinic pristine and efficient across our network.

Qualifications

• Frontline customer service experience is required.
• Healthcare industry experience is an advantage.
• Basic IT knowledge and computer literacy are needed.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in patients, register and schedule appointments; process billing, payments and claims; dispense medications.
• Support doctors with chaperone duties and explaining procedures to patients.
• Maintain patient records and drug inventory levels.
• Participate in daily clinic operations and collate patient management indicators.
• Assist in submission of medical reports and claims (TPA, CHAS, Medisave).
• Ensure clinic cleanliness to support a positive patient experience and brand image.
• Provide coverage in other clinics when manpower is short.
• Other duties as assigned.
